In our little village, one can find all races, ethnicities, ages, religions, sexual orientations living together happily side-by-side. Belmont Village is a place anyone can call home, and that’s the way we like it.
Belmont Village sits in the heart of the City Avenue Business District. Within walking distance, one can find stores such as Michael’s Arts & Crafts, Lord & Taylor, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Target along with dozens of others.
4. Eating options
Along with shopping options, eating options abound in Belmont Village. From our neighborhood favorite City Line Pizza to a multitude of national food chains (Qdoba, Olive Garden, Chili’s, etc.) to a seasonal farmers’ market, you will never go hungry in Belmont Village. Plus, if you want to cook at home, there is an Acme grocery store right across the street from Belmont Village.
Save money on gas and save the environment by leaving your car in the garage. Everything one needs is in walking distance when you live in Belmont Village. In addition to all the food and shopping options, there is a gym, a bank, and a post office across from the neighborhood as well.

With over a dozen radio stations and two television stations located in the City Avenue Business District, residents of Belmont Village are always in the know of what’s going on in the city. Residents can also enjoy local attractions such as the Mann Center for the Performing Arts, the Japanese Tea House & Gardens, the Please Touch Museum, and the Philadelphia Zoo. There’s also the Bala Movie Theatre, an art film house, a few blocks from Belmont Village.

For those working in Center City, Belmont Village even has a local SEPTA rail station right next to us at the corners of City & Conshohocken Avenues.
